Lu & I is a bakery and café located in Montréal’s vibrant Mile-End neighbourhood. Founded in 2022 by best friends Emilia Jamieson and Carmen Rose, this pâtisserie offers 100% vegan, gluten-free and naturally sweetened goodies. Emilia has been working in the industry for 20 years, most recently baking and managing at Hello123 in St. Henri. Both women share a passion for healthy lifestyles, creating nutritious and delicious treats and bringing them to their community.

The name Lu & I comes from the beginnings of both of their first daughters’ names! Their motherly instincts have created a warm and welcoming shop where every recipe passes the “I would feed this to my baby” test.
