We’re not only avoiding certain ingredients, we’re making sure to include only whole foods that are tasty and good for you. Most of our recipes have between 5 and 10 ingredients and they are all chosen with wellness in mind.

Here are the replacements we use:
Flax seeds mixed with water create a gel texture similar to an egg white. They also contain fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.
Applesauce provides the moisture and binding properties that eggs do and it also adds a hint of natural sweetness and flavour to our baked goods.
Coconut is a versatile fruit (yes fruit!) whose “meat” can be used to create many different ingredients including butter, milk, cream and oil.
Almond milk is our personal favorite nut milk due to its great taste and lightness that reacts perfectly in baking.
