Ingredients

We’re not only avoiding certain ingredients, we’re making sure to include only whole foods that are tasty and good for you. Most of our recipes have between 5 and 10 ingredients and they are all chosen with wellness in mind.

Here are the replacements we use:

  • Flax seeds mixed with water create a gel texture similar to an egg white. They also contain fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.

  • Applesauce provides the moisture and binding properties that eggs do and it also adds a hint of natural sweetness and flavour to our baked goods.

  • Coconut is a versatile fruit (yes fruit!) whose “meat” can be used to create many different ingredients including butter, milk, cream and oil.

  • Almond milk is our personal favorite nut milk due to its great taste and lightness that reacts perfectly in baking.
